BenchK 211 Swedish Wall Bars for an Active Family
Looking for climbing activities for your kiddo and a place to stretch or do pull-ups yourself? The BenchK 211 combines a steel frame, beech rungs and a removable wooden pull-up bar with gymnastics rings and a rope swing. Choose black or white, then add a desk top or folding mat only if your family will use it.
What’s Included and What Each Piece Does
- BenchK Series 2 wall bars create a wall-mounted ladder for climbing and supported stretches.
- A removable wooden pull-up bar repositions on the rungs for hanging and suitable bodyweight exercises.
- A pair of gymnastics rings adds adjustable-height hanging activities.
- A cotton climbing rope with wooden swing disc provides climbing and seated-swing activities.
The black setup is BenchK 211B with A076 gymnastics accessories; the white setup is BenchK 211W with A204 accessories. A desk top and grey or brown mat are included only when selected. Wall-specific holders and fasteners are not included with the base system.

The pull-up bar’s rating does not apply to the rings or swing. Use the gymnastics accessories one person at a time, with adult supervision for kids and an exercise mat underneath. They are not for kids under 3. Sit on the swing disc; do not stand on it. Follow the separate component instructions and leave the surrounding area clear.
Assembly and Mounting
Do not mount BenchK equipment to drywall or plasterboard alone. For wood-stud construction, you need the appropriate BenchK wall holders for Series 2 and suitable fasteners. For masonry, match the anchors to the wall and equipment; the specified Fischer-plug installation requires a suitable wall at least 12 cm thick. Assembly hardware and wall-specific fasteners serve different purposes.
Have your installer check the wall, attachment points and overhead clearance before ordering. Assembly and secure mounting are required before use.

Optional Desk Top
Select a removable desk top to turn the compatible wooden pull-up bar into a small desk or activity table. Remove it before using the bar for exercise. Your selected option determines whether it is included. Match a separately purchased desk top to the pull-up bar model, not just the frame color; ask us to check the model and dimensions before ordering additional pieces.
Optional Grey or Brown Folding Mat
The three-panel mat adds a cushioned surface for floor activities and folds for storage. Unfolded, it measures 70.9 × 23.6 × 3.15 inches (180 × 60 × 8 cm) and weighs 12 lbs (5.5 kg). It has a synthetic-leather cover, polyurethane foam filling and a 2-year warranty. A mat does not replace supervision or the equipment’s usage instructions.
Care: Do not machine wash, bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean.
