The 220 lb limit is the permitted bag weight, not a person’s hanging or climbing limit. Leave room for the bag’s movement and do not substitute a wall-bar user rating for the holder’s bag rating. Check your wall-bar installation and the holder instructions before use. Kids need adult supervision.
