BenchK Series 7 Wall Bars for Family Workouts and Supervised Play
Want a fixed pull-up bar for your teen or your own workouts, plus climbing activities for your kiddo? This BenchK 721 setup combines a tall steel frame, beech rungs and a six-grip steel pull-up bar with gymnastics rings and a rope swing. It creates a vertical training station without adding several freestanding pieces of equipment.
What’s Included and What Each Piece Does
- BenchK Series 7 wall bars with nine beech rungs provide the ladder for climbing, hanging and supported stretches.
- A fixed PB2 steel pull-up bar with six grips offers different hand positions for suitable pull-up exercises.
- A pair of gymnastics rings adds adjustable-height hanging activities.
- A cotton rope with a wooden swing disc provides climbing and seated-swing activities.
Choose the black BenchK 721B + A076 or white BenchK 721W + A204 setup. The fixed steel pull-up bar is included with both. A removable wooden pull-up bar and desk top are additional pieces included only when you select that option. A grey or brown folding mat is also optional. Wall-specific mounting holders and fasteners are not included with the base set.

Follow the limit for the component being used—not just the frame’s rating. Use the gymnastics accessories one person at a time, with an exercise mat and adult supervision for kids. They are not for kids under 3. Sit on the wooden swing disc rather than standing on it, and leave room around all moving accessories.
Assembly and Wall Mounting
Drywall or plasterboard alone cannot support BenchK equipment. Wood-stud installations need the appropriate BenchK wall holders for Series 7 and suitable structural fasteners. For masonry, use the anchors specified for your wall and system; the specified Fischer-plug installation requires a suitable wall at least 12 cm thick. Assembly hardware does not replace a wall-specific mounting kit.
Have your installer check the wall, attachment points and overhead clearance against the instructions before ordering. Assembly and secure mounting are required before use.

Optional Wooden Pull-Up Bar and Desk Top
Choose this option to add a removable wooden pull-up bar and matching desk top alongside the fixed steel bar. The wooden bar can be repositioned on the rungs; the removable top creates a small desk or activity surface. Remove the desk top before exercising on the wooden bar. It is not a workout bench.

Optional Grey or Brown Folding Mat
The three-panel mat provides a cushioned surface for floor activities and folds for storage. Unfolded, it measures 70.9 × 23.6 × 3.15 inches (180 × 60 × 8 cm) and weighs 12 lbs (5.5 kg). It has a synthetic-leather cover, polyurethane foam filling and a 2-year warranty. A mat does not replace supervision or the equipment’s usage instructions.
Care: Do not machine wash, bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean.
