BenchK 733 Wall Bars for Family Strength Training
Have a teen who wants to work out and a parent who would like to use the same space? The BenchK 733 brings wall bars, a pull-up bar, a dip station and a workout bench together in one vertical training station. Start with your room and the exercises you want to do, then check the mounting requirements before ordering.
What’s Included and What Each Piece Does
-
BenchK 700 wall bars provide the frame for stretching and supported bodyweight activity.
-
Convertible PB3 steel pull-up bar offers six grip positions and can be configured as a barbell rest.
-
DB1 dip station adds padded back and arm support for suitable dip and leg-raise exercises.
-
B1 workout bench adds seated and supported exercise positions.
Choose black or white. Gymnastics rings, a rope swing, barbells, weights and a wall-specific mounting kit are not included in this listing.
Understand the Separate Weight Limits
Maximum user weight for the wall-bar system: 330 lbs (150 kg). We also list a 330 lb (150 kg) maximum user weight for the B1 bench. Follow the instructions and limits for each component.
PB3 barbell-rest limit: 441 lbs (200 kg) of barbell weight, only when the PB3 is configured as a barbell rest. This is not a 441 lb pull-up user limit, and it does not establish the B1 bench’s permitted combined user-plus-weights load. Contact us before relying on a combined-load rating for loaded bench exercises.

Check the Wall Before Installation
Assembly hardware is not the same as a wall-specific mounting kit. Do not mount the system to drywall or plasterboard alone. Wood-stud installations require the appropriate BenchK wall holders and suitable fasteners. Masonry installations require the hardware specified for the wall and system; BenchK’s Fischer-plug guidance calls for at least 12 cm of suitable wall thickness. Have the installation checked against the current instructions for your exact setup. Kids need adult supervision.
